A key component in this field is our patented iCleaning system, an automatic solution for sampling and analyzing contamination in the washing bath. This system enables continuous measurement of key process parameters and ongoing assessment of bath condition.

Just a few years ago, the industrial cleaning sector relied mainly on manual measurements, with results characterized by high variability. iCleaning eliminates this uncertainty by providing data that allows the process to be run in a repeatable and fully controlled manner.

We can ensure this level of accuracy thanks to the development of our own advanced technologies; this is why we invest in state-of-the-art CNC solutions and continue expanding our production facility. These investments enable us to shorten project lead times and introduce the latest solutions into our cleaning machines. The implementation of MES and APS systems allows us to increase process predictability, shorten production preparation time, and connect the design and production departments into one integrated data exchange chain.
