At NOYEN, we believe that true innovation does not lie in one-time solutions, but in the consistent improvement of technology, work organization, and infrastructure. It is this continuous development that allows us to design machines capable of meeting the real challenges of modern manufacturing—both today and in the years ahead.
The NOYEN EXPERT T ECO tunnel industrial cleaning machine is a direct result of this approach. It was developed for production facilities where component cleanliness must be combined with rational energy consumption, process stability, and the ability to flexibly adapt the system to changing production needs. The project is being carried out in cooperation with doctors from the Lublin University of Technology as part of the EU-funded initiative:
“Development by NOYEN Sp. z o.o. of an innovative industrial cleaning machine with increased energy efficiency and the digital transformation of production activities,” financed by the European Union under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027 program.

Combining NOYEN’s industrial expertise with the scientific and research capabilities of the university allows the implementation of solutions with real, measurable technological value. The entire machine design was developed using advanced numerical engineering tools, including Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for flow optimization, and full numerical thermal analysis of the device.
This approach allowed precise optimization of the machine structure, fluid flows, and thermal management already at the design stage. Energy efficiency in tunnel industrial cleaning machines is not the result of a single component but the outcome of many well-considered engineering decisions. Effective thermal energy management is an integral part of machine design, from the configuration of installations and selection of materials to the implementation of heat recovery from the cleaning process. One key design feature is the routing of the installation system. All piping is fully integrated within the machine structure, allowing heat to be stored and utilized more efficiently. This solution significantly reduces energy losses typically associated with external piping installations. Additionally, laminated multi-layer glass with a low heat transfer coefficient has been applied, reducing thermal losses in this area by more than 79%. The system is further complemented by thermally insulated surfaces using Armaflex, covering external accessible areas such as liquid tanks, the washing tunnel, and filter housings, enhancing overall thermal efficiency.

The machine features the ReHeat system, based on a heat pump designed specifically for industrial tunnel cleaning applications. It recovers energy from the warm, humid air inside the machine, which is then used to preheat the cleaning bath. This reduces the demand for external energy while maintaining the required process parameters, without affecting cleaning quality. An integral part of the drying process is a patent-pending air knife system, which uses warm air recirculation, an ejector booster, and a specially designed inlet to ensure uniform airflow distribution at maximum blowing force. This completely eliminates the need for compressed air, significantly reducing operating costs and energy consumption while maintaining high drying efficiency.

High technical cleanliness is supported by an advanced filtration system. Prefiltration drawers extend filter lifespan, while a sequential fine filtration setup enables high cleanliness levels even during intensive and long-term operation. The spray system allows free adjustment of nozzle direction and position, enabling precise adaptation of the cleaning process to the geometry and properties of the components. The industrial cleaning machine features a modular design, enabling easy configuration of the number and sequence of technological processes. This approach simplifies both initial system design and future modifications as production requirements evolve.
NOYEN EXPERT T ECO is a solution for production facilities where cleaning efficiency is inseparably linked with energy efficiency. Thoughtful thermal management, energy recovery, and flexible machine design allow stable cleaning processes at optimized operating costs.
