Characteristics of the Compact 600 industrial cleaning system
NOYEN Compact 600 is a machine designed for maximum efficiency. This single-chamber device is designed for industrial cleaning of parts and their subsequent maintenance with specialised chemicals. Its modular design allows the use of one process basket (940 x 650 x 300 mm) or two process baskets (651 x 469 x 300 mm), with a load capacity of 120 kg, which can be increased according to customer needs. The process chamber is equipped with several functions: left/right rotation of the basket at 1, 2, 3 rpm, swinging and pivoting of the basket by a specified angle or no rotation of the basket. This makes it possible to adjust the positioning of the workpiece in relation to the nozzles in different ways, which translates into process efficiency.
The option of selecting the number of baskets and their functions allows the system to be easily adapted to individual customer needs and the size of the batch of parts to be washed, optimising process costs.
The machine provides high cleaning quality with short cycle times and maximum flexibility, making it ideal for a variety of industrial cleaning tasks. The following processes are carried out in the device:
- Spray and ultrasonic cleaning,
- Two-stage rinsing,
- Convection and vacuum drying.
The NOYEN Compact 600 works perfectly for a wide range of applications – from simple degreasing to complex cleaning processes that require high levels of part cleanliness, also complying with VDA 19.1 cleanliness standards.
The device allows the use of chemical preparations with strong properties, e.g. for digestion processes. This allows for great freedom in process implementation while maintaining the concept of a single-chamber cleaning machine.

Diversity of application: Basket-type devices offer a wide range of possibilities for placing workpieces with different geometries in the process basket. The process mix allows different types of references to be washed thoroughly with the appropriate process adjustment.
Operating convenience: The use of an illuminated chamber shows the current stage of the process from a distance, and the installation of service roller shutters significantly saves space on the hall. The HMI panel is individually adaptable to the operator’s position and enables clear process tracking in a freely configurable cleaning programme and constant monitoring of the cleaning steps.
Operational safety: The use of automatic process chamber doors minimises the risk of operator contact with hazardous substances and high temperatures, and their fast and smooth opening and closing reduces downtime. All necessary safety features have also been implemented to protect the operator and the maintenance department during operation and service work.
The high-quality thermal insulation of the process fluid baths reduces the energy required for heating, ensuring temperature stability.
Parts technical cleanliness: As a result ofthe use of different, fully configurable cleaning, rinsing and drying processes, the washing machine ensures high workpiece cleanliness under the established cleanliness standards in terms of, for example, particle size or surface wettability.
