Surface preparation for coating

Bath temperature range
Noyen P02 is meant for cleaning and iron phosphating of steel, aluminium and zinc surfaces. It results in amorphous phosphate coat. The thickness of the coat according to the PN-EN ISO 3892:1997 norm is 0,2-0,4g/m². The product prevents corrosion and improves adhesion of paint or varnish. The phosphating process can be complemented with products for cleaning, activation and corrosion removal, e.g. Noyen P11, Noyen AL, Noyen 22.
